Why is there no price list?▾
Because the honest answer depends on your payroll. Ten monthly salaries is a different job to two hundred weekly wages with shifts, overtime and a bargaining council, and a single number on this page would be wrong for most people reading it. Tell us how you pay people and we'll quote on it.
Do I need a credit card to start?▾
No. Starting a trial doesn't ask for card details — you set up an account and start using it.
What happens at the end of the trial?▾
We'll talk before anything changes. Nothing is charged automatically and your data stays where it is.
Are SARS tax tables kept up to date?▾
Yes. PAYE tables, rebates and medical-aid credits are updated with each SARS budget announcement, and they are date-effective so a historical run recalculates on the rates that applied at the time.
Is my data safe?▾
Your payroll data lives in South Africa (AWS af-south-1, Cape Town) and is encrypted in transit and at rest. Banking and tax numbers get a further layer of encryption at rest. See our Security page for the full picture.
Can I export my data?▾
Yes — payslips, payroll reports and SARS submission data are all exportable. You own your data.
